Northwest of downtown is where you'll find acreage for horses, dogs, and privacy. Lots generally range from 1-10 acres, with larger, more remote acreage available. Strangely enough, those properties closest to town in the northwest are less expensive than those as much as 20 miles north. Most still enjoy city amenities although some have septic systems in lieu of city sewers. Many of these properties run along Williamson Valley Road. Williamson Valley Road begins about two miles from our community's hospital, so if proximity to our hospital is important to you, this might be a consideration when looking at properties as much as 20 miles out in the Valley.
